The hotel is ideally located in the center of the city's main shopping area, making it convenient for travelers to explore the city. Guests can also enjoy easy access to the ancient citadel of Tusba. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with clean bathrooms. the breakfast buffet is diverse and delicious. Guests can relax and unwind in the indoor pool or sauna, which are both free to use.
One minor downside is that some of the staff members may have limited English skills, which can be a bit challenging for international visitors.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with exclusive amenities like a Jacuzzi and Turkish bath that I thoroughly enjoyed. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also impressive. the restaurant offered special diet menus, which was greatly appreciated. the room advantages were top-notch with private and exclusive facilities.
The only minor issue I experienced here was the bar/lounge area, which I found a bit understaffed during peak hours. Despite that, the service was exceptional and the packed lunches were a nice touch.

During my Easter break, I stayed at a hotel that offered a stunning view of the surroundings. The room was immaculate - even the most challenging critic would struggle to find faults. The hotel was situated in a prime location, conveniently close to attractions such as museums and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. One more advantage that I enjoyed was the quality of the pool and fitness center; both were clean, well-maintained, and modern.
The breakfast at the hotel was not up to par with what I expected. Unfortunately, I had to pay for the breakfast separately, which seemed a bit unfair since it wasn't advertised that way.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing! the staff was friendly and always willing to help. the breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of food offered. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city allowing for easy access to shops and restaurants. the indoor pool and sauna were also a great touch, allowing for a relaxing end to the day.
There was a bit of a language barrier with some of the staff, but they still tried their best to understand and accommodate us. the room was a bit small, but it was decorated nicely and kept very clean.
